Vegan mayonnaise (oil-free)

Ingredients
  • 120 g raw cashew
  • 125 ml aquafaba (liquid from a can of chickpeas)
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Cooking instructions. Step by step

  1. Cashews: Add raw cashews to a blender (if you don’t have a high-powered blender, soak the cashews for 2 hours beforehand to ensure easy blending).
  2. Aquafaba: Pour in the aquafaba (the liquid from a can of chickpeas). Make sure the can contains only water, salt, and chickpeas.
  3. Mustard: Add 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard.
  4. Blend until smooth: Blend all the ingredients until you get a creamy and fluffy mayonnaise.
  5. Enjoy: This vegan mayonnaise is perfect for any dish where you want to replace traditional mayonnaise.
