Vegan mayonnaise (with oil)

A vegan mayonnaise ready in less than a minute.

Ingredients
  • 5 tablespoons aquafaba (chickpea can liquid – make sure the can contains only water, salt, and chickpeas)
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Vegetable oil (5 times the amount of aquafaba)

Cooking instructions. Step by step

Using an immersion blender, blend all three ingredients until you get a creamy mayonnaise.
