  • Ingredients
    • 5 bunches of wild garlic
    • 8 Tbsp cashew cream
    • 300 ml vegetable milk
    • 150 g vegan yogurt
    • 3 Tbsp olive oil
    • 1 tsp baking soda
    • 1 tsp baking powder
    • 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
    • 150 g vegan ricotta
    • 150 g salted tofu
    • 50 g vegan meting cheese
    • 12 Tbsp grano duro flour
    • 1 tsp salt
  • Plating suggestions
    • you can serve it with some vegan cream for extra creaminess.
  • Cooking instructions. Step by step
    • In a bowl, mix the cashew cream, vegetable milk, olive oil and yogurt
    • Add the baking soda, baking powder, apple cider vinegar
    • Add the vegan ricotta, the salted tofu (dry it with a paper towel and crumble it using your fingers), and the vegan melting cheese
    • Add the flour and the salt and mix well
    • At the end, add the chopped wild garlic and incorporate it well into the mixture
    • Put the composition into an oven tray and bake it for 45-50 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.
