Wild Garlic Vegan Pie

🌱5 bunches of wild garlic

🌱8 Tbsp cashew cream

🌱300 ml vegetable milk

🌱150 g vegan yogurt

🌱3 Tbsp olive oil

🌱1 tsp baking soda

🌱1 tsp baking powder

🌱1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar

🌱150 g vegan ricotta

🌱150 g salted tofu

🌱50 g vegan meting cheese

🌱12 Tbsp grano duro flour

🌱1 tsp salt

How to prepare it:

  1. In a bowl, mix the cashew cream, vegetable milk, olive oil and yogurt
  2. Add the baking soda, baking powder, apple cider vinegar
  3. Add the vegan ricotta, the salted tofu (dry it with a paper towel and crumble it using your fingers), and the vegan melting cheese
  4. Add the flour and the salt and mix well
  5. At the end, add the chopped wild garlic and incorporate it well into the mixture
  6. Put the composition into an oven tray and bake it for 45-50 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.

🌱To serve: you can serve it with some vegan cream for extra creaminess.
