  • 250 g boiled, canned, or defrosted corn
  • 30 g raw cashews
  • 1/2 tsp ground coriander
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 caramelized onion
  • 250 ml water
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Nutritional yeast and fresh coriander for serving

  • If you are using canned corn, start by draining the water.

  • Blend the mixture until smooth.
