  • Ingredients
    • 70 g rice
    • 200 ml canned coconut milk
    • 150 ml vegan milk
    • 2 Tbsp cocoa powder
    • 4 Tbsp dates powder
    • 1 tsp vanilla powder
    • 1/2 tsp salt
    • Vegan chocolate flakes to sprinkle on top
  • Cooking instructions. Step by step
    • In a medium pot, add the rice, the vegan milk, the coconut milk (the fat part on top and some of the water)
    • When the rice starts to boil, add the dates powder, the vanilla powder and a pinch of salt
    • When the rice has boiled, add the cocoa powder and mix well
    • Finish with some vegan chocolate flakes sprinkled over the chocolate rice and enjoy your sweet treat!
