    • 4 small cucumbers
    • 300 ml vegan yogurt
    • 4 Tbsp cashew cream
    • 1/2 spring garlic stick
    • Salt to taste

    For the sauce:

    • 1 bunch of parsley
    • 7-8 mint leaves
    • 6 Tbsp olive oil
    • salt to taste
