Crispy, golden and extremely tasty. These are the delicious potato fritters that absolutely anyone can easily make at home. All you need is: potatoes, onion, flour, vegan milk and a few spices to boost the flavour.

INGREDIENTS:

🌱0.5 kg potatoes

🌱1 onion

🌱Salt, pepper, paprika and dried scallions: 1 tsp each

🌱6 Tbsp flour

🌱30 ml vegan milk

How to prepare:

  1. Peel the potatoes, than grate them and finally drain them really well
  2. Finely chop the onion
  3. In a mixing bowl, add the onion, potatoes, salt, pepper, paprika, dried scallions, flour and vegan milk. Mix well.
  4. Take a non-stick pan and heat up some cooking oil
  5. Take a tablespoon full of the potato mix and place it in the pan. Use the spoon to flatten the composition. You can fit maybe three fritters at a time in a regular size pan.
  6. Cover the pan with a lid and let the fritters cook for about 3-5 minutes at high heat
  7. Then, turn them upside down and cook on both sides until golden brown
  8. Repeat these steps until you finish all the composition and this was it!

💡You can serve these delicious fritters as a side dish, or make yourself some delicious vegan cheese sauce to dip them in, as the perfect mid-day snack!
