Creamy pastes & vegan cheese specialties, crunchy textures, sweet fruits and fresh vegetables – these are all the perfect ingredients for a party recipe. INGREDIENTS & PREP STEPS:

This unique platter contains 3 delicious pastes + some ordinary ingredients you will most likely find in your pantry or fridge at any given time.

🌱 The Hummus Beet paste:

In a blender, mix until creamy:

  • 1 can of chickpea (strain the chickpea can and save half of the aquafaba)
  • 50 g boiled (or canned) beets
  • 1 Tbsp of tahini sauce
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • Aquafaba (the water you saved when straining the canned chickpeas)
  • Pepper to taste

🌱 The Kalamata Olives paste:

In a blender, mix until creamy:

  • 200 g seedless kalamata olives
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 4-5 sun-dried tomatoes
  • Pepper to taste

🌱 The Vegan Tuna paste:

In a blender, mix until creamy:

  • 150 g canned vegan tuna
  • 50 g vegan mayo
  • the juice of half a lime
  • 1 stick of scallion
  • pepper to taste

🌱 We completed this particular platter with some colourful & tasty stuff: smoked tofu slices, vegan cashew cheese, vegan camembert, sun-dried tomatoes, fresh cherry tomatoes, baby endives leaves, kalamata olives, almonds, grapes, blueberries, pear slices, mango confit, oat crackers & seed biscuits.
