🌱1 onion

🌱2 celery sticks

🌱3 cloves of garlic

🌱Olive oil for cooking

🌱400 g canned white beans (including aquafaba)

🌱150 g artichoke

🌱1/2 tsp dried thyme

🌱Salt & pepper to taste

🌱Fresh parsley to serve

How to prepare:
