INGREDIENTS

250 g gluten-free oat flour

125 ml apple sauce

150 ml plant-based milk

4 Tbsp agave syrup

3 Tbsp cocoa powder

3 Tbsp coconut oil

30 g vegan dark chocolate flakes

30 g vegan white chocolate flakes

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp gluten-free baking powder

1 tsp vanilla powder

½ tsp salt

15 g lyophilized cranberries

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat the oven at 190 degrees Celsius.
Take a 20/15 cm baking dish, oil it with cooking oil, then lay a parchment paper on the bottom.
In a large bowl, add apple sauce. Mix it with the coconut oil until you get a creamy texture.
Then add the unsweetened plant-based milk and the agave syrup. Mix it well.
Add the oat flour, salt, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, cranberries and chocolate flakes. Make sure you save half of the chocolate flakes for sprinkling them on top of the dough later.
Lay the composition on the baking dish and sprinkle on top the remaining vegan chocolate flakes.
Place it in the oven for 45 minutes.
When it’s done, let it sit for 15 minutes, then serve it with your favourite vegan icecream.
