Gazpacho with Roasted Bell Peppers

馃尡30 g. raw cashew

馃尡1/2 onion

馃尡2 roasted bell peppers

馃尡10 cherry tomatoes

馃尡1 Tbsp oregano

馃尡100 ml water

馃尡Salt & pepper to taste

馃尡Flax seeds to serve

How to prepare it: Mix all the ingredients above in a blender until you get a nice and creamy paste. When it鈥檚 done, pour the gazpacho in a bowl and top it with some flaxseeds, some slices of roasted bell pepper, a few pieces of green onion and pour some drops of olive oil.
