Crunchy Baked Potatoes With Mustard Sauce

  • Cooking instructions. Step by step
  • To prepare the patatoes:

    • First, hard boil the skinned potatoes. Then, in an oven tray, lay a parchment paper, spray it with olive oil and place the boiled potatoes in there. Gently crush them with the bottom of a cup.
    • Season with salt & pepper, spray them with olive oil and bake them at 200 degrees Celsius for about an hour, so that they get really nice and crunchy.

    To prepare the mustard sauce:

    • You’ll need to mix 1 Tbsp of regular mustard with 1 Tbsp of Dijon mustard and 1 Tbsp of whole-grain mustard.
    • Then, gradually add some grapes oil and mix constantly. Add some agave syrup (the quantity is up to you – however sweet you want your mustard sauce to be) and finish with a splash of water, to obtain a more liquid consistency.
