  • Ingredients
    • 200 g. canned butter beans
    • 1/2 avocado
    • 1/2 tsp granulated onion
    • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
    • 1/2 tsp oregano
    • 1/2 tsp mustard powder
    • 1/2 tsp salt
    • 1 Tbsp olive oil
    • Juice from half a lemon
    • 1 Jalapeno pepper
    • 1 bunch of fresh parsley
    • 6-7 sun-dried tomatoes
    • 2 Tbsp sun-dried tomatoes oil (from the jar)

    • You can serve this paste with some crispy toast to make the culinary experience even better!
  • Cooking instructions. Step by step
    • For the butter beans paste, add the following ingredients in a food processor:
      canned butter beans (drained)
      avocado
      the spices (granulated onion, garlic powder, oregano, mustard powder, salt)
      olive oil
      juice from half a lemon
    • Blend well until you obtain a creamy paste
    • Finely chop the Jalapeño and parsley and add them in a small bowl
    • Season them with salt&pepper to taste, then add some of the oil from the sun-dried tomatoes
    • Mix well and your green sauce is ready
    • For the final touch, slice some sun-dried tomatoes and add them on top of the butter beans paste. Pour some green sauce on top and enjoy your delicious meal!
